1. Cleaning and Moisturizing: On the day after Morpheus8, gently cleanse your face using a soothing cleanser and lukewarm water. Never use hot water as it can lead to additional swelling. Keep your skin hydrated with gentle moisturizers or products like elta MD skin recovery serum, AuqaPhor. Avoid using any aggressive treatment products until the skin is fully healed.
2. Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week after treatment. When you must go out, wear a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen minimum SPF 30, or a physical sunscreen with titanium dioxide, which is ideal for sunburned skin. Avoid tanning beds and any other artificial tanning activities. We recommend eltaMD clear broad spectrum SPF46.
3. Makeup After Morpheus8: Wait for at least 24 hours after treatment before you apply makeup. Always ensure that your makeup brushes are clean to prevent introducing irritants or bacteria to your healing skin.
4. Exfoliation: Exfoliating after Morpheus8 should be done cautiously. Wait for at least a week post-Morpheus8 treatment before you consider exfoliating. Even then, consult with your skin care specialist for advice based on your skin type.

• Alcohol After Morphues8: Refrain from drinking alcohol for at least 48 hours post-treatment. Alcohol can interfere with your body’s normal blood clotting, which is necessary for the healing micro-injuries caused by Morpheus8.   
• Physical Activity:  Avoid strenuous activity, saunas, and hot baths for the first few days after treatment. These can exacerbate swelling and delay healing time. You should be able to resume normal activities within a day or two, but always follow your practitioner’s specific advice. 
• Vitamin C and Retinol After Morpheus8: Wait 5 days after Morpheus8 before reintroducing Vitamin C, retinol products, or other anti-aging products into your skincare regimen.

 To achieve the most optimal results, it’s typically recommended to undergo three consecutive Morpheus8 treatments, with each session spaced approximately 4-6 weeks apart. Continuous treatments are often beneficial for adapting to your evolving skincare needs. With Morpheus8, there’s no set maximum limit on the number of treatments you can receive, as long as they are spaced out adequately to allow for optimal results and skin recovery between sessions.

The duration of Morpheus8 treatments fluctuates based on the size and sensitivity of the targeted area. To ensure comfort during the procedure, we apply a topical anesthetic, which typically remains on the skin for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The treatment itself usually lasts between 30 to 60 minutes on average, allowing ample time for precision and effectiveness in addressing your specific skincare concerns.
